Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We value your business and want to ensure your shopping experience is positive. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Store Credit Only Policy

  • All eligible returns will be issued as store credit only
  • No cash refunds, credit card refunds, or other monetary reimbursements will be provided
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code that can be used for future purchases

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original order confirmation email or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts, etc.)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email customer service at nataliahood@coquiandcotton.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship items back following the provided instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged items or description of the incorrect items
  • We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit does not expire
  • Store credit cannot be transferred or converted to cash
